Blessings Hair Design is seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. The Salon Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining the overall appearance of the salon.
Receptionist Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting visitors.
Managing security and telecommunications systems.
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Transferring calls as necessary.
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Cleaning and maintaining the salon.
