As Area Manager, you’ll oversee our 3 market-leading hair salons in Bend and Redmond. Our salons have been locally owned for over 18 years, serving more customers than any other salons in our market! The Area Manager position is responsible for:

Recruiting: Building our salon team with quality professionals to serve our loyal customers.

Retention: Taking care of our many long-term employees, providing inspiration and support in creating close-knit teams.

Training and Development: Leading the development of our Salon Managers, Stylists, and Receptionists so that they can grow and thrive in their careers.

Customer Service: Assuring that our loyal customers routinely receive outstanding service.

Accountability: Communicating job responsibilities and performance expectations to Salon Managers, so that they can hold team members accountable for achieving stellar results.

Leadership by Example: Connecting with staff and demonstrating outstanding performance by filling a few shifts at our salons each week.
