Requirements
-Must be 21+
-Must have valid Marijuana Worker's Permit
-Reliable transportation
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of 2 years (retail) customer service experience
-Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
-Knowledge of Cannabis, extracts, edibles, and topicals and methods of using them
-Must be able to work well in team environment
-Must be up to date on current rules, laws, regulations, and recreational limitations
-Availability to work all shifts/days/locations
-Good communication skills
Responsibilities
-Responsible for positive sales and customer service experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and well merchandised store environment
-Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Assisting customers in choosing the correct product for their needs.
- Accurately utilizing our company's Point of Sale System
- Weighing out flower with accuracy, labeling, organizing
-Daily maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and inventory
- Being knowledgeable about the products we carry, and other prominent products on the market
- Attractively and accurately displaying products
-Showing up for shifts and being available to cover for fellow employees
-High paced environment with high volume of customers without being flustered
Skills and/or Abilities
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Knowledge of basic computer skills, POS systems, and cash handling
-Fun attitude and strong work ethic
-Ability to problem solve in a professional manner
-Acute attention to detail
-Ability to build quality rapport with customers
