We are looking for exceptional
individuals who love selling great products and delivering outstanding customer
service. We have 2 locations in the Eugene Airport; one in the Lobby and
another inside security in the A-gate area. We are in need of at least one new Customer
Service Team Member.
The single most
important thing we are looking for is an engaging personality; someone who is
bright eyed, confident, has a big natural smile and is fun to be around. We are
committed to delivering superior customer service and we need people who enjoy
serving others, meeting their needs and brightening their day. We are also
looking for Retail experience. Maybe you’re a person retired from retail and
would like to get back into the game? Maybe you’re currently working for a
large corporate retailer and would like to work with a local family owned
company (under 20 employees) where the owners know you by name and appreciate
you personally? Maybe you need to come and see us?
The Airport is a fun
and dynamic work environment. We serve customers from all over the world and

A successful candidate
will present a professional
appearance. All employees must
pass TSA required FBI background check and may be drug tested.
We operate from 4:00am
to about 8:00pm (Broken into 3 shifts) 365 days a year. Our sales
people are qualified and willing to open, operate and close the
locations any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
Skills / Requirements –
·
Operate POS Register, process various
transactions, handle cash, count back change.
·
Greet and engage all customers. Present,
demonstrate and sell products.
·
Guard against theft and damage. Keep a vigilant
eye on entire store.
·
Shop keeping – Dusting, Cleaning, Straightening,
Restocking etc.
·
Must be able to lift 25lbs to chest height.
·
Must be “On your feet” for entire shift,
excluding rest periods.
·
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
during peak periods.
·
Must work well with “The TEAM”.
·
Strong work ethic.
Experience –
·
2 years retail experience required.
·
Major Retailer a plus.
Full Time Hours @ $22 hr + Tips. Some employees are averaging $6 per hour in tips.
Better customer service means better tips.
