We are a Eugene based company that owns and manages multi-family properties and are looking for an assistant property manager to join our team at our downtown office.
Some of the job responsibilities are: answering and responding to phone inquiries regarding vacancies, work order requests, general information and tenant problems and complaints. You will work with your team members in making appointments and showing vacant units to prospective tenants, along with preparing move in and move out paperwork.
You will also help process applications and prepare rental agreements.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working with a diverse population, have a positive and friendly personality, good communication skills, and have the ability to manage their own schedule reliably. Must have good computer skills, a reliable vehicle, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Training and office equipment will be provided. Prior property management experience is not required, but is preferred.
