We are a local tile and slab company with an opening for a full-time Purchasing/Office & Admin Assistant. We are looking for someone who is responsible, hard-working, reliable, trustworthy, and consistent. Good writing, math, computer & organizational skills are necessary. Must be able to multitask, follow directions, and remember procedures. Job will primarily entail completing all purchasing procedures and paperwork. Secondary duties, when purchasing is slow (it comes in waves), is completing office and admin work, as well as some customer service duties.
We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently, as well as in a team. Must have good math, English and computer skills, and must be motivated. And must be able to switch from one task to the next with ease and have great time management skills.
Pay is dependent on experience. Will train the right person.
