Small, family owned company is seeking a PT (Afternoon) BK / Receptionist to become part of our team. Our employees are (by far) our most valued assets and we like to think they are treated that way! In addition to bookkeeping and customer service activity, we are also looking for someone with a "whatever is needed" attitude! That's important at a small company! Here are the "Have to Haves" and the "Nice to Haves"
Required:
- Quickbooks Experience
- Basic Accounting Experience - JE's , reconciliation, month close, quarterlies We have a CPA, so do not need that level
- Excel Experience - does not mean you "know what it is" :-)
Bonus / Optional
- Payroll Experience (we currently do QB, but may outsource)
- Fast hands - we are in the print / mail space, so sometimes need help with hand work - nothing too strenuous
- Customer Service Skills - in person, on the phone, and email.
- Good Health / Low Absenteeism
Job is 1:00 PM - 5:00, M-F, closed all major holidays -
