Full Time Book Keeper. Preferred experiance in dealing with Hospitality industry book keeping and data entry , dealing with multiple tills and entering data into spreadsheets and following up into quickbooks.
Quickbooks Desktop experience is a must in both aspects of AR and AP Cash Basis. This is not an entry level position. Do not apply unless you are well versed in quickbooks.
The position is for full time Mon-Friday 7 am to 330 pm or later if needed. This is a permanent position.

Must have reliable transportation as you will be required to pick up paperwork at a series of establishments. Run errands and do the banking as needed. Must be bondable.
For the Bars and Restaurants
Must be able to learn how to program pricing, edit information in POS and enter new employees, print daily reports for data entry.
Ability to work with managers and get them what is needed and or order repairs and arrange appointments for the owner etc.
Make bank deposits, change and manage daily paperwork and cash counts for lottery and business needs.
update menus, change menus, handle social media postings on facebook
Pick up daily paperwork with daily data entry and help facilitate any type of work sheets, templates and or make bank deposits if requested. Order any service or parts needed for the building maintenance or work with manager as needed for what is needed.

Must have valid Drivers License and reliable Transportation, job requires errands daily with paid mileage .
Mileage log to be filled out to pay you for all your mileage as there will be daily input for this.
Familiar with Social Media Advertising is a plus but not necessary.
Must have a clean criminal record.
