Requirements:

BA/BS with coursework appropriate to the position and at least 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience appropriate to the position

Extensive training and hands-on experience in full cycle accounting practices and their application

Proficiency in Finance and accounting software (Dynamics 365 (previously Navision), Prophix)

Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in areas such as pivot tables, integration with other software applications, and other advanced functionalities

Familiarity with non-profit accounting practices, along with prior experience working with federal grants

Strong desire for professional growth, demonstrating initiative and innovation in task completion

Job Duties:

Assist in monthly close process

Perform bank reconciliations within ERP system

Assist with annual audits

Prepare invoices and perform all accounts receivable duties

Prepare monthly journal entries
