Responsibilities | As a Production & Packaging Associate, you will:
Operate bagging and baling machines safely and efficiently.
Assist in other production areas as needed.
Move and wrap finished products for shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 7 hours.
Perform simple math for production counts.
Communicate material issues to supervisors.
Be willing to obtain forklift certification.
Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (rotating days off).
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (rotating days off).
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
