Hours: 20-28/hr week (with the possibility to work at our custom apparel booths on busy weekends)

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us continue to, manage our social media presence and work with customers to set up orders and handle customer service and vector art creation in illustrator
What We're Looking For:
We are in search of a dynamic Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and has a flair for creating compelling vector graphics efficiently using stock and ai generated imagery. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and have a proven track record in social media management with a knack for working directly with customers to bring their custom apparel visions to life and set up orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design stunning vector graphics for custom apparel using Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and mission.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the order process, ensuring their visions are perfectly translated into the final product.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design quality and integrity are maintained from concept to delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into your workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing vector graphics.
- Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, including content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail and an ability to learn computer programs and web apps quickly
- Ability to be self directed and work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
