All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking for mechanically inclined candidates to work for a yogurt facility located in Eugene, Or.
Schedule: 2pm-finish (10:30pm-ish, must be open to flexible schedule)
Pay: $18.00 an Hour
What you can expect on the job:
High attention to detail and cleanliness.
Palletize product on and off the belts.
Organize and maintain workstations/production lines.
Accurate labeling, recording, and reporting.
Physical activity that could include lifting up to 40 pounds as well as pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. You will need full and repeated use of your hands.
A little bit of math. We use mathematical formulas and concepts to ensure consistent product development.
Full and open communication with Management/Supervisors.
Independent work and thought, with a fair bit of empowerment.
Build and assembly boxes.
Able to stand for 8-10 hours during shifts.
Ability to think on your feet.
Good instincts (but not a PhD) with machinery.
A willingness to learn, and to constantly improve.
Also, willingness to perform other job duties as assigned.
