Local property management co seeking experienced Yard Care Landscape Maintenance worker. Exterior yard care work in multiple locations throughout the greater Eugene/Springfield area. Year round full time employment.
$22.00 to start DOE
2 years minimum experience required
Clean driving record with proof of insurance
Must pass pre hire physical and drug screen
Verifiable history of quality, dependable work required
Able to work in inclement weather
Use of personal truck required, able to tow small trailer; mileage reimbursement paid
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and track times/costs accurately, attention to detail
Being team oriented is very important
