Warehouse Manager – Electrical Construction Company
We are a fast-growing electrical construction company serving the Eugene/Springfield area, committed to delivering top-tier workmanship and unmatched service. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to take charge of our inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, manage materials and tool inventory, and ensure smooth coordination between the field teams and office staff. This role is key to supporting jobsite productivity and maintaining organized, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving, organizing, and dispatching of electrical materials and tools
Maintain accurate inventory levels using digital tracking systems
Ensure materials are delivered to job sites on time
Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and calibration
Implement and enforce safety procedures and warehouse organization
Manage warehouse staff and coordinate with project managers and field crews
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing inventory
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (construction or electrical industry preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with inventory management software
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
