Job Duties Include:
Assisting with septic system installation, repair, and maintenance.
Helping with excavation work including digging, grading, and site preparation.
Operating or supporting the use of machinery and hand tools.
Maintaining clean and safe job sites.
Communicating clearly and working well with the crew.
Requirements:
Experience in septic or excavation is a plus, but not required—willing to train the right candidate
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
CDL is a plus but not required
