We're seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team as a Painting Subcontractor. As a Painting Sub, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, both commercial and residential, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.

Our team follows a systematic approach to ensure high-quality work, including set-up, preparation, painting, clean-up, and inspection.
Ideal Candidate:
A seasoned painting professional with high standards and experience in both commercial and residential painting
Physically able to perform the duties of the job, including repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, and working at heights above 10 feet
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on exceptional customer service
Highly organized and self-motivated, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a reliable vehicle for transportation
Must have own painting equipment and tools
Must be fully licensed, bonded, and insured per Oregon state requirements
Must have an active worker's compensation insurance policy, if applicable
Responsibilities:
Set up job sites, including moving items and covering surfaces for interior jobs, and power washing for exterior jobs
Prepare surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces
Paint surfaces to a uniform finish, using premium quality paint
Clean up daily and after job completion, including moving items back to their original locations and removing debris
Inspect work for quality and completeness
Execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain clean, organized work areas and securely store equipment and supplies
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with regulations and standards
Build positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
Participate in meetings, committees, and educational opportunities as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Two years of professional painting experience preferred
Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
Industry knowledge preferred
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Must have own painting equipment and tools
Must be fully licensed, bonded, and insured per Oregon state requirements
Must have an active worker's compensation insurance policy, if applicable
