Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We are a well-established full service landscaping maintenance company based in lane county. As a landscape maintenance supervisor you will be expected to exhibit an outstanding work ethic, attention to detail and strong leadership skills in the field. Every aspect of our work environment is structured to promote success and growth within our company. You will have the support and guidance as needed. Searching for the right individual to work and manage our landscape maintenance division.
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Objectives & Qualifications:
1. Manage and direct crew members.
2. Applicants are expected to oversee the work quality and production of existing
maintenance personnel while advising and assisting crews in the field to improve
work quality and work efficiencies.
3. Working knowledge of irrigation systems a plus, but not required.
4. Ability to bid lawn care maintenance and clean-up projects.
5. Ensure equipment is in operating condition by having repairs done when needed.
6. Working knowledge of plant material and landscape maintenance best practices.
7. Excellent planning, organization and communication skills.
8. Prioritize, manage and implement requests from customers to their satisfaction.
9. Ability to lead by example through an outstanding work ethic.
10. Applicants are expected to have experience in a landscape/horticulture related field
at least 1 to 2 years or more working in landscape maintenance required.
11. The landscape maintenance supervisor directly helps maintain a high level of
customer service and timely completion of enhancement work and customer
requests.
