- Operate light and heavy equipment as needed (experience a plus).

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the construction and excavation industry.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL license is a huge plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
