We are Tidy Gnomes, a POC/Queer/Women-owned cleaning and organizing company. We provide high-quality, detailed, and eco-friendly cleaning and household support with love. We aim to make a positive community impact and donate free cleans to BIPOC individuals who can't usually afford this service. We're seeking kind, enthusiastic people with an eye for detail to join our close-knit team.

Compensation
- Training: $18/hr + 100% of Tips, daily mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
- After Training: Starting at $20/hr + 100% of Tips, daily mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior cleaning experience.
- Tech & Transport: Smartphone and reliable car.
- Background Check: Able to pass a background check, with car insurance and a valid driver's license.
- Availability: Starting at 10-20 a week, with potential for full-time. We are looking for someone who can be flexible about hours as we are building our clientele in Eugene.
