This position is primarily for small office cleaning and includes dusting, sanitizing surfaces, small bathrooms, and both hard surface and carpeted floors.
No large floor machinery is used.
No water bucket and mop; we mop with a microfiber mop system for all hard surfaces.
Carpets are vacuumed. No carpet cleaning other that spot cleaning with product or on occasion, a small orbiter type machine.
Day and evening work 95%, no nights required but are at your option. Friday evening work can be pushed to Saturday or Sunday upon request and with an optional arrival time to be determined in advance for our communication to the client.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Tuesdays 4:30p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Note that a cleaning partner can be added this day for an earlier ending time.
