The Sales Support person is responsible for confirming customer orders and coordinating their production to ensure timely shipping. The role involves communicating with the sales team regarding assigned customers.
Responsiblities:
-Ensure all ordered parts meet ship dates
-Process new orders promptly
-Address and resolve shipment discrepancies quickly
-Adhere to customer standards and specifications
-Meet and communicate effectively with office staff and all employees
-Manage inventory
-Abide by Employee Handbook including regular attendance and working cooperatively
Schedule:
Morning shift Monday through Friday-7:00am to 3:30pm
Payrate:
$18.50
