All-Pro Body & Paint is a local, family-owned and operated, automotive collision repair shop. We have an immediate opening for a full-time auto detailer / shop hand. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch.
Duties to include:
- open shop and pull vehicles outside before technicians arrive
- wash and pre-check incoming vehicles
- detail and post-check outgoing vehicles
- running errands
- shuttling vehicles
- giving rides to customers
- general shop cleaning, tidying, recycling, etc.
- janitorial work (cleaning bathroom, breakroom, office, parking lot, shop, etc.)
- maintain inventory of detail supplies and shop supplies
- assisting team members as needed (e.g. changing filters in paint booth, moving parts, organizing tools and cords, etc.)
Candidates must have:
- current, valid driver's license
- reliable vehicle for running errands and shuttling vehicles
- basic experience and/or familiarity with cars preferred, (e.g. replacing wheels, charging batteries, replacing wiper blades, etc.)
- must be able to stand, bend, walk, squat, lift, and kneel for long periods of time
- must be able to lift and move heavy objects (bumpers, doors, hoods, scrap metal, etc.)
- must be able to climb stairs while carrying objects
