Are you up for an exciting new career opportunity? If so, you could be the candidate we are searching for to become our Human Resources Specialist. Rosboro is seeking a person to administer all Human Resources, Benefits and Leave Programs as well as process Salaried Payroll. Duties include but will not be limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Administers various employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations. Processes required

documents through payroll and insurance providers to make certain of accurate recordkeeping, proper deductions,

unemployment claims and I9 status.

Acts as a resource for management to make sure of their understanding and compliance with HR policies and

regulations.

Assist and backup Salaried payroll processing and stay up to date with the process by processing this payroll once a

Quarter.

Manages annual open enrollment periods each year. Arranges for distribution of materials from carriers, assists with

communicating changes to employees, arranges for on-site representation by providers and conducts employee

presentations. Processes changes within deadlines.

Processes monthly billings from insurance providers. Reviews billing for accuracy, codes, and advances for

payment. Resolves discrepancies with carriers, payroll, and the company. Acts as liaison with various carriers and

fosters effective relationships with client representatives.

Responsible for ACA maintenance and annual filing.

Administer 401k plan through Fidelity. Process payroll contributions and year end testing and 401k audit.

Prepare information for Quarterly 401k Trustee Meetings and serve as the Trustee Committee Secretary.

Plan and coordinate 401k education sessions twice a year.

Become proficient in the Business Intelligence product in UKG to create reports needed by HR and other

Departments.

Test Assure Administration.

Prepares and submit reports for the company’s EEO Report and Vets 100 Report.

Administrators and creates the annual reporting for the Affirmative Action Program.

Administer and process all FMLA and OFLA leave cases.

Set up and oversee plant wide Flu Shot Clinics

Works with outside vendor to prepare data and process annual Benefit Statements.

Plan and coordinate Rosboro employee events

Strives to ensure employee understanding of benefit programs by regularly generating communication and

counseling employees and dependents as situations arise.

Resolves employee complaints related to health and welfare plans,

Assist Payroll Specialist in the preparation of payroll, entering hours, deductions, rate changes, transfers, incentive

programs etc.

Any special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and knowledge.

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience Human Resources.

Experience with UKG Pro/WFM (formerly Dimensions) system is helpful but not required.

Consistently achieves goals by prioritizing work and resources appropriately.

Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to communicate clear and concise.

Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word)

Able to operate independently and with discretion, work effectively under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.

Able to work in a high growth environment under tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment.
