We are searching to add a new staff to our team. We have an adult foster home for individuals diagnosed with developmental delays. These shifts look like 10am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday.
20-35 hrs a week
Our goal is to find someone who will provide superior care who has a good sense of humor, compassionate and strong communication skills.
Someone who can remain calm under pressure and avoids power struggles.
We are looking for someone with experience in the field of caregiving (preferably experience within an Oregon AFH) and who is comfortable providing care with both personal hygiene and behavior needs. Someone who is fun, compassionate and have good boundaries.
Job duties include:
Providing daily support needs including hygiene needs.
Medication management
Behavioral management
Housekeeping tasks as needed
Time management
Taking initiative while working independently
