24 hour Residential Group Home Agency-This will be a salary position of $2600-$3200 monthly income depending on experience, amount of shifts covered, and total responsibilities taken over by our new Resident Manager. We are looking for some one who can balance teamwork, and easy going attitude, but know when to be firm, and assertive when necessary to ensure continued good work ethic from their employees they will be managing. On call, and may be required to work weekend, nocturnal shifts, and Holidays IF necessary.
Requires Minimum 4 years of experience working with Individuals with intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities. Also looking for someone with 2 years in supervisory position. Must have license, and vehicle insurance. Be willing to use personal vehicle at times with mileage reimbursement.
Residential Manager has overall responsibility in managing all phases of a group home in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) as well as agency practices and policies and procedures. To safeguard confidentiality of individuals we serve. Develop, train, and implementation of policies and to ensure compliance with individual's Individual Support Plans, Behavior Support Plans, Medical Protocols and support documents. Provide staff schedules, training, evaluations, and leadership to all employees.
