We are looking for a highly organized and customer- focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests, managing phone calls, and handling insurance tasks to ensure smooth running operations in our small, friendly dental office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, answer and manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments and manage calendars, maintain reception area tidiness, take payments and learn basic insurance tasks.
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
-Proficiency in learning practice management
programs
-Previous experience in a front office role preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
