We are a small independent family practice clinic in Eugene seeking a medical assistant to join our friendly and talented team. We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time position.

Job Responsibilities
Rooming patients; taking vitals, chief complaint, HPI, etc.
Immunizations/injections
Some phlebotomy/collection of specimens for lab testing
Prior authorizations/working with insurance companies
Telephone calls with patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, etc.
In-house testing (e.g. UA, INR, EKG)
Job Requirements
Minimum of one year experience as a medical assistant
Current Medical Assistant certification
Experience with use of EMR (eCW especially)
Strong medical terminology
Good oral and written communication
Excellent customer service skills
Individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly preferred and paid a differential for this skill

Pay: $16.00 - $25.50 per hour
