Experience and Education: 3 to 4 years cooking experience. Breakfast and baking experience a plus, Minimum high school diploma.
Skills; Strong communication and leadership skills, punctuality, diligence, honest, calm under pressure, execution of recipes and menus in a timely manner, ability to teach, direct and lead others, manage all kitchen inventory and ability to create menu items from scratch.
Responsibilities include :
Execution of menu items in a timely manner with attention to detail
Ensuring that sanitation guidelines and house policies are followed.
Knowlede and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Working with Chef to promote sales, exceptional service and high quality food from scratch.
Working with Chef to promote a positive and professional work environment.
