Prep/Utility Cook-Mazzi’s

The oldest operating Italian restaurant in Eugene is looking to hire a jack-of-all-trades utility cook. The ideal applicant is someone with a broad culinary skill set who is both dedicated to quality and appreciates a challenge. This position will entail prep cooking, pizza baking and possible sauté work. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in an applicable culinary field.
