Our 36 year old landmark restaurant located in the Market District of Downtown Eugene is currently seeking a dependable chef/line cook to join our team. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in a kitchen, fast and efficient, possessing a positive personality with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have high standards for cleanliness, hospitality, food quality, and consistency. The position requires proficiency in egg skills, sauté, broiling, frying, prep, and the ability to assist with dishwashing when needed. The hours for this position are Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Saturday to Sunday for breakfast (with later hours when shows are at the Hult Center). The average work week is 40-44 hours, and salary or hourly wage is negotiable based on experience. Cash tips weekly. A valid food handlers or Serv Safe certification is required, and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
