The MCK Operation's Manager is a brand ambassador for Market of Choice and is responsible for building sales through the daily operations of Market Central Kitchen.

DUTIES
Market kitchens provide homemade goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in the recipes we create.
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant work atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Kitchen staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.
As a Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
Supervision, organization and management of Market Central Kitchen
Product Procurement
Quality and consistency of food / quality and volume of work
Sanitation and cleanliness
Taking inventory
Supervise, schedule, and train employees
Professional and courteous communications
Receiving, storage and time management
Manage purchasing, merchandising and expense control to maximize profits
Ideal applicants will be strong leaders, have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and have previous Kitchen and management experience. You must be 18 years or older.
