I have a small drinking establishment and am looking to expand food options. We have a small kitchen that we can help retrofit as much as possible to accommodate whatever you may need. Our main constraint is that we cannot install a type 1 hood, so that will limit what you can make. The kitchen and space is small. If interested I will send photos.
We can negotiate terms, but we would charge a nominal rent for the space, and then split food proceeds 80/20 (80 to you, 20 to us). We would handle POS and card processing fees.
Schedule would be negotiable. We are looking for someone to be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00-8:00.
This could be an opportunity for us to be an incubator for your own restaurant/food cart down the line.
