We are a non-profit organization seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook with solid work ethics and thoroughness.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
This position requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards.
Experience with recommending and cooking meal options for functions or special events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Food Preparation - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Stock Levels - Verification of stock levels and maintenance of accurate records.
Food Orders – Ability to review monthly menus and provide weekly grocery lists
Dietary Accommodation - Assist in meal preparation for various dietary needs within the culinary department.
