The Pedaler in Downtown Springfield is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor. This position would be Tuesday-Saturday, roughly 35+ hours a week. Job duties include:
-Supervising line cooks as well as running the line
-Ordering product
-Smoking meats
-Ensuring all products are maintained within health dept. parameters
-Maintaining cleaning and sanitation practices (we consistently get 100% on health inspections)
-Ensuring all prep is facilitated
-Delegating cleaning & prep duties for line cooks
This will be a line cook position with the added responsibility of ensuring the kitchen is stocked, prepped, cleaned and operated efficiently and accurately.
