Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay. As a member of our Housekeeping Department, you will take ownership of daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that our guests' rooms and common areas are in pristine condition. Your dedication to delivering high-quality service and your ability to work collaboratively with our housekeeping team are essential to the success of our department and the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet hotel standards for guest arrivals.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas within the hotel.
Perform laundry duties as needed to ensure a constant supply of fresh linens and towels.
Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and questions.
Report any damages or repairs required to management for timely resolution.
Ensure all lost and found items are reported.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and fellow team members.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Physical stamina to handle the physical demands of the role, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended
periods.
Weekend availability is a must.
