Experienced Front of House Supervisor with open availability for nights and weekends needed for 30-35 hours per week.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position. This position would function as a lead manager 2-3 days a week and would have floor shifts (serving two times a week) receiving tips. Assist in performing weekly beer orders and supervising inventory controls. Cross train and be able to fill in for Assistant GM in the event of an absence. Look after proper and current employee certifications (OLCC & FHC). Daily deposits and money counts. Bank runs for deposits and change orders. Assist in monthly inventory counts. Attend weekly management meetings. Involvement in safety committee. Assist in maintaining employee knowledge items. Assist in various projects outlined by GM. Uphold proper documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage floor operations throughout shift, cover areas where needed, anticipate and deal with issues that arise
Be present on the floor through peak business hours, shift changes, etc.
Manage customer complaints and minor employee grievances
Cover for manager vacations and step into a lead role in the event of the Assistant GMs absence
Maintain customer service and quality product standards
