Floor Manager

Ambrosia Restaurant & Bar is accepting applications for a Floor Manager. Must have a minimum two years experience working in a restaurant comparable to Ambrosia, be self-directed and able to work with minimum supervision. This person will be flexble and a problem solver. The Floor Manager is responsible opening and closing the restaurant, assisting in hiring and training floor staff, and coordinating events with front and back of the house staff. Other experience needed includes handling money and light bookking.
