Experienced Cook
We are currently seeking an experienced cook who can display leadership skills and has the ability to work independently or with a team. Experience is an absolute must, but also that you have a passion for food, and you love cooking. Positive attitude and stellar customer service are a must!
Skills and experience required:
v Must have food handler’s card
v Be a self-starter and take initiative
v Takes pride in their work and themselves
v Ability to accurately prepare and complete an order from start to finish as specified on ticket.
v Values presentation in every dish prepared
v Is reliable, dependable, organized and can follow directions
v Leads by example and embraces teamwork
v Has knife skills - prep skills - knows how to operate all kitchen equipment
v Has experience successfully setting up & serving a banquet
v Has experience preparing a variety of dishes including prime rib, steak, seafood, pub fare, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinners.
