We are seeking a passionate and motivated Cook to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced casual dining and bar environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met. You will work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and portion guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Ensure all food is prepared and served according to safety and quality standards.
Assist with inventory and order supplies as needed.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet the demands of a busy dining and bar setting.
Monitor food prep and cooking times to ensure dishes are prepared promptly.
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
