Bar manager
This is a working Manager position.
Must be available for variable hours.
Must be willing to work with owners and office staff as a team.
Must be self motivated, ability to create and implement policies and procedures, inventory and hold staff accountable while maintaining the same level of service and hospitality that is expected from all staff .
Must have 5 years Bartending experience in a fast paced , table service envirnment as our bartenders give table service as well.
-Must have verifiable bartending experience, Lottery experience is not needed, we will train.
-Must Have ability to work independently and as a team player with office staff and employees
-A passion for being in the hospitality industry
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be friendly, dependable and reliable
-Must be able to be non partial with customers and situations, so that they can be handled quietly and quickly.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Valid food handlers card and Olcc server permit.
