Manages and develops housing staff that are assisting participants within Equitable Social SolutionsProvides leadership in developing and implementing solutions for various challengesUnderstands conducting training and needs assessmentMain point of contact for community partners and creating a network of resources for participants to utilizeEnsures communication between program and funding customer to keep all parties informed of participant progress and other participant that need to be addressedAttends all required meetings with staff and funding customer as scheduledAssists the Project Director to ensure the program is meeting all contractual goalsEnsures regular program of communication, education and support by developing and presenting information to all parties involved in the contractDevelops and maintain partnerships with the with organizations to share best practices and explore opportunities to work together for increased effectiveness and efficiencyInvestigates, troubleshoots, and develops/recommends solutions to inquiries, problems and issuesFlexible to work outside of normal business hours for events and/or to meet deadlinesDevelops strategies to support the program in meeting goals by reviewing community demographics and needsMaintains knowledge of scopes of work, coordinate implementation plans, and monitor goalsSubmits weekly and monthly outreach program reports as assignedWork closely with prospective property owners/managers within the community to promote permanent opportunities for homeless individuals and families through outreach and educationOther duties as assigned
