Must Haves:

ADP Workforce Now

Multistate payroll processing- no particular states required

Strong initiative, critical thinker

processing for approx. 250 employees (somewhat flex)

Job Description:

Process payroll semimonthly for 250+ employees using Workforce Now

Implement standard operating procedures for payroll process

Validate hours

Track bonus payouts

Troubleshoot errors

Answer employee payroll questions as necessary

Process manual checks (terminations, discrepancies)

Ensure that calculations, withholdings, and deductions are done correctly
