Role and Responsibilities
This role is as an assistant to the current Office Manager. The Office Assistant will initially work closely with the Office Manager and will transition to an independent schedule as abilities increase.
Office Assistant will interact with members, students, and the public to answer questions and assist with transactions. Office Assistant will be responsible for routine email communications.
Assistant will help Office Manager to make transitions from one class session to another.
Assistant will facilitate studio tours to interested individuals and assist with enrolling new members.
Assistant will aid Office Manager and Owner to prepare and set up special events.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft office
Clear phone and written communication skills
Experience with social media management and content creation preferred
