Description Jennie Joiner with Robert Half has a Human Resources (HR) Manager position with our client in Eugene, Oregon. The HR Manager will oversee 200+ employees in multiple locations throughout Oregon and will perform and manage human resources supervising one HR Assistant. The position will partner with management to help oversee and implement processes, strategies and initiatives. The role is very hands on with processing payroll, overseeing recruitment, compliance, benefits and compensation. If you are looking to work for a growing and stable organization that has a positive reputation, reach out to Jennie Joiner at 541-345-9930 or apply on line today!Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of human resource administration including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, and compensation Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees Administer payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain open lines of communication with all team members, addressing any questions or concerns Engage in employee relations activities, fostering a positive work environment and resolving disputes as necessary Implement training programs to maximize associate resources and enhance team skills Conduct full cycle recruiting, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates Ensure compliance with labor laws and other industry-related regulations Manage employee benefit packages and handle related functions Conduct investigations into any issues related to employee relations.Requirements Proven experience in Human Resources or related field Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions and Benefits Administration Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Knowledge of Compliance measures in HR and the ability to implement them effectively Experience in managing Employee Relations and conducting Employee Relations Investigations Proficiency in Hiring Processes and Full Cycle Recruiting Ability to design and implement Benefit Packages Knowledge of Labor Employee Relations and Workers Comp Law Experience in managing Workers Compensation cases Proficiency in Compensation & Benefits Experience in Payroll operations and management Ability to work effectively in an environmental industry setting Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred HR certifications would be an advantage.
