Human Resources Coordinator

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator in EUGENE, Oregon. This role primarily involves managing human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations in our organization. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the HR department's administrative needs, including employee filing and record keeping Assist in posting job vacancies and managing the recruitment process Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition Handle status changes in ADP and ensure they are accurately recorded Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data Route teams to relevant policies or direct them to the correct staff members as required Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, and 'About Time' for various HR functions Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage employee relations effectively.Requirements Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Experienced in using ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a plus Prior experience with Ceridian software Ability to use HRMS for various HR tasks Familiarity with About Time software Capable of handling Benefit Functions for employees Experience in Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR Ability to handle Employee Relations effectively and professionally Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
