Job Title: Front Desk AdministratorJob DescriptionAdministrate the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional environment and culture. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive and sort daily mail, shipments, and courier deliveries. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access. Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc. Coordinate overall administrative activities for the office. Manage the Document Control Program. Manage the program log for vendors and guests. Responsible for office equipment maintenance, office layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities. Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resource, Warehouse, and other related departments.Responsibilities

Experience with Microsoft Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Open to entry-level candidates with a good attitude and potential but prefers a more experienced person who can take on more responsibility.

Teams experience is a nice to have.

Assertive yet friendly personality who can work well with others and in a team environment.

Great people skills.

Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Work hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
