Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Eugene, Oregon. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences, developing relationships with customers, and aiding in product and pricing inquiries. This role is crucial in our telecommunications industry where you will be expected to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction across all areas of our business.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with direct customers and distributors by aiding them with product and pricing questions Respond to order requests and revise orders as needed Enhance customers' overall experience with the company through excellent customer service Utilize phone and other verbal and written forms of communication, such as email, to aid customers Provide product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of the business Support procurement regarding outside products and materials Utilize CRM and database systems to keep track of customer interactions and inquiries Handle complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software for efficient data management and processing Perform billing functions and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Note: The role does not require you to work specific hours per week and the duration of the role is not specified. Requirements Proficiency in CRM and Database management Proficient in Microsoft Excel and About Time software Excellent skills in Client Relations Experience in Complaint Handling Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
