Bridge Charter Academy of Lowell is a growing charter school seeking to fill a part-time licensed Growth Specialist role (remote) for the 2025-26 academic year.
The BCA Growth Specialist works with students who are being monitored through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and will practice Response to Tiered Intervention (RTI) in order to support individual learning progress and to help identify students who need different or additional support. Growth Specialists mentor students in small group settings as well as one-on-one to build community and support toward academic growth. Specifically, the candidate for this role should be proficient in math through geometry and be familiar with and comfortable teaching high school reading and writing skills. Employee will be asked to work about 20 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Oregon teaching license or Charter Registry license with interest in obtaining a teaching license;
Enthusiasm for meeting students where they are;
Enthusiasm for partnering with students' families to ensure academic growth;
Strong data collection and record keeping skill and interest;
Ability to work independently and independently manage time and projects;
Strong collaboration skills a must!
Work Location/Schedule: BCA campus - located in Lowell, Oregon (Remote), Monday-Friday part-time. Work hours will be scheduled during school hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Position begins August 19, 2025.
