The University of Oregon Department of Special Education is seeking part-time data collectors in Eugene, OR. We are developing new assessments in Spanish and English for preschool-aged children and we need individuals who enjoy working with children, have at least two mornings and/or afternoons a week free, and have their own transportation. Data collectors go to preschool classrooms and administer fun and engaging assessments to the children. We provide training and you will be supporting a large-scale research study funded by the US Department of Education.
You do not need to have experience, but applicants who have experience working with young children are preferred.
The work if flexible, but the hours of preschool are generally 9-12 or 1-4. Applicants must be available at least twice a week during these time windows. We need individuals who speak English and also data collectors who speak Spanish.
