Bookkeeper/ Payroll Admin. needed for busy Cottage Grove multi-faceted business.
Requirments needed but not limited to:
Minimum 2 years prior bookkeeping, payroll, ledger and tax knowledge.
Multi-tasking and solid communication skills required.
Customer service skills with multi-line phone experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Word, Excel, accounts receivable / payable and Quick Books proficiency a must.
Two years verifiable employment experience required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Must be available Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm plus an occasional Saturday 10-2
Pay depends on experience.
